The group training focuses on hitting, fielding, pitching, arm strength and
speed and agility. These sessions train the athlete to understand the movements needed to perform at the highest level. A building block approach is used so that before more techniques are added the prior technique is understood.
The homepage is updated regularly with the group training schedule. You do not have to schedule a time just show up. The week begins on Sunday and ends the following Saturday.
