Why does this system work?

Because it trains the athlete from the ground up to understand the game of baseball.  The system is set up to start with the basics and when the athlete understands and demonstrates a mastery of the drills and techniques the next phase is added. The training is done as a progression so that the athlete understands all aspects of what is being done. Baseball is a game of failures.  Success comes from putting yourself in as many correct positions as possible.

Why is off season training so important? The development of an athlete is not done during the season. The season is just a way for the athlete to show off all of the hard work that was done in the off season.  The improvement of arm strength, hitting, fielding, speed, agility, and flexibility must be gained in the off season months.   These skills must be developed as early as possible to allow for the athlete to achieve success as early as possible in high school. The quicker they can show potential the faster the college recruiting process can begin.  The further along an athlete goes unnoticed in high school to college coaches, the harder it is to receive a baseball scholarship.

Why did you develop your system? It came from watching freshman at the high school level and the lack of development that was shown. Every year athletes come in and show a lack of "tools" necessary to compete in high school baseball.  These "tools" if developed properly can help an athlete reach the varsity team quicker and have more success when they get there.

It was designed so that no matter what high school a player goes to or what type of coaching he will receive, he can achieve the success he desires because the foundation has already been laid.

It also is designed to allow athletes wanting to play college baseball the training to excel at the highest levels.

What contacts if any do you have with college coaches?  I'm fortunate to have personal contacts with 5 Division 1 colleges and 3 Division 2 coaches. I was able to help a former player from 2 years ago receive an 80% baseball scholarship to a top 10 Division 2 school without that school ever seeing him pitch an inning.  I pride myself on being able to evaluate and develop talent.  My peers recognize that ability and trust my opinions.

Why is training done in a group? It is done in a group so that the training can be affordable to all.  The groups are kept small so that everyone is able to be instructed and there isn't any down time.

Do you offer individual training?Yes.  Anyone that takes part in the program is able to set up individual training.  Individual training fees apply.

Do I have to commit to a contract? There are no contracts.  You pay for the training the week you attend.  ( Unless you pay for sessions in advance.)  The fee is $35.00 per week for up to 4 hours of training.  The more you come the better the value. Payments received for a future month are non refundable.

How long does my son have to do the training? Depending on the goal of the athlete training is never ending.  This program is designed to help the athlete continue to get better from year to year.  Everyone's goal is going to be different.  If playing college baseball is the goal, than immediate action must be taken so that the athlete can develop sooner than later.  The further a player goes without proper technique and a plan the harder it is to reach their goals.

Can you guarantee my son will be a success with your system? Yes and No.  Yes this system can help anyone that is willing to make an effort to listen and apply what is being taught.  The ideas and principles that are being taught are those of Major League Baseball and major college baseball teams.  I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel with anything I'm teaching.  My system breaks done all aspects of the game so that the athlete can not only understand but feel what it's like to do something right.
Athletes spendcountless hours and reps on doing things the wrong way.  The longer they go on doing things wrong the longer it will take to get them to do it correctly. I can't guarantee success because that is up to the athlete to take the training and apply it to game situations.  I say no because over the next few years factors such as poor coaching in high school, injuries, lack of interest and the fact that teenagers are teenagers keep me from any guarantees.  I can say that the more successful an athlete is on the field the better chance they have of staying with a sport and reaching their goals.

Why does my son need training when he plays 50+ games a summer? Unfortunately the number of games someone plays does not translate to getting better as a player.  Baseball is a game of repetition.  The more a player performs those reps incorrectly the longer it will take to train them to do it the right way.  If you did the math on a 50 game season you would see the number of reps performed over that time is very few.  Ex. estimate the number of chances a player gets in a given game and multiply by the number of games. Depending on their position they may go a number of games without any chance to field a baseball.  At the plate they might get to swing the bat 1 or 2 times a game.  Factor in a pitcher throwing strikes, actually hitting the pitch and striking out.  They can get more reps in an hour or two of proper training than in the whole 50 + games they play over a summer.  Now factor in the small window a player has to develop so they can produce as a high school player and get the attention of college coaches.  The longer that proper training is put off, the less chance there is for success at any level.
