PHENOM Baseball Academy
LLC develops the athlete at the ages that are crucial for success at the high school and college levels. PHENOM was founded for the benefit of 8-18 year old players that have the desire to excel in baseball. After years of development a proven system was designed to breakdown the fundamentals necessary to understand and perform at the highest level.  The system is set up so that players entering high school have the skills and ability to not only compete at the freshman level but at the junior varsity or varsity levels. The idea is to excel them above the ability levels of current players so they have the opportunity to compete for a varsity position and a college scholarship sooner than later.  We want to help young athletes with the desire to play college baseball make sure they have the proper foundation to make their dreams a reality.

MISSION STATEMENT
The PHENOM BASEBALL ACADEMY
LLC is a place for your son to come and seriously train and work on the skills that will give him the best chance of playing in high school and college.  A place, that will offer training and a way to show off the hard work.  A place, that will have the time to train him on both the mental and physical aspects of the game.  A place, that will have someone actively promote and search for a college for him and a place with the resources to do it.  A place, where the focus is on the development of the athlete and not the coaches record. A place, that will provide teams for him to play that are small in numbers and free from politics, so that he can develop. A place, where college coaches will come and watch him perform weekend after weekend in the summer and fall, when those coaches can be available to scout new talent.

The objective is to train the athlete to understand the basic ideas behind each aspect of the game.  After the athlete shows that he has grasped the
fundamentals that have been taught, the next phase is added. Each session will consist of drills that will allow the athlete to understand proper form and technique so that they may build a foundation to excel. We will not only train the athlete physically but will help develop the proper mental approach so that they may deal with the failures of playing the game.
